I had an amazing experience at the hotel, mainly due to the cleanliness and the stunning views of the Caldera. The staff were incredibly attentive, especially George and Angelo, who went out of their way to arrange dinners and transportation. The breakfast was a delightful spread, and the hotel facilities were top-notch, creating a perfect atmosphere for relaxation.
