I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is fantastic, as it's just a short walk to the metro station and the Gothic Quarter, making it easy to explore the city. The staff was friendly and available 24/7, which I greatly appreciated. The cleanliness of the rooms was commendable, and I loved that they changed towels daily and kept everything tidy.
