The location couldn’t be better; I was within walking distance of major attractions and shopping districts, making it easy to explore the area. I also enjoyed the lovely kitchen facilities, complete with complimentary tea and coffee, which added a nice touch to my experience.

The cleanliness of our room was impressive, and the helpful staff always greeted us with a smile. the hotel provided great facilities, including a common room where we could make tea and reheat our meals, making our experience even more enjoyable.

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel, where the cleanliness of our room stood out, along with the comfortable bed. The location was truly ideal, being right outside the Gran Vía metro station, which made exploring the city so convenient. The staff members were friendly and accommodating, always ready to help.

The location is perfect, as I was able to explore everything on foot without needing public transport. I loved having access to a shared kitchen where I could make tea and store snacks, plus the room was spacious and cozy, complete with a lovely little balcony for some fresh air.
