I had a great experience at the hotel, as the location was fantastic, being just a short walk from the old port and easily accessible from the metro. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome from the start. The common areas were inviting, which made it easy to meet fellow travelers, and the good Wi-Fi connection was an added bonus.
