We loved the location on the banks of the river. It was a short walk to famous sites like Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi. The staff was friendly and welcoming, particularly Giovanni, who made our stay special. The breakfast offered a great variety and was very satisfying. The room was clean and spacious, with beautiful views of the river.

My room was kept spotless every day by the friendly housekeeping staff. Breakfast was truly delightful with plenty of options, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort.
