We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The spacious and sparkling clean room had comfortable beds, ensuring a great night's sleep. The hotel's location was perfect as it was within walking distance to major city attractions, shopping, and restaurants, yet the area was quiet at night. The staff at the reception desk, especially our main contact, were professional, warm, and attentive. The hotel facilities were excellent, including the option to have breakfast for a reasonable price. The hotel's location in a characterful area added to the overall charm of our stay.

The staff at the reception, especially Tiago, were exceptional - professional, kind, and extremely helpful. They went out of their way to assist us with our luggage, arranging taxis, and providing recommendations. The hotel's location was excellent, near the downtown area but far enough away to be quiet. It was also close to all the sights and Avenue de Liberdade. The breakfast had many choices and was really good.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location of the hotel was perfect as it was just a 10-minute walk to the central road, Avenida da Liberdade. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near public transportation, making it easy to explore this city. The hotel's facilities were top-notch, including excellent Wi-Fi, a TV with a wide range of English channels, and efficient air conditioning. The view from my room was absolutely stunning, offering a picturesque panorama of the city and even the castle.
