The staff were always polite and incredibly helpful, ensuring I felt welcomed. the hotel’s location was fantastic, just a short walk to the slopes and the town, making it convenient for skiing and exploring. I also appreciated that I could rent ski gear and purchase passes right at the hotel, which simplified my experience.
