The hotel was clean, with excellent facilities, convenient parking, and a prime location very close to the Basilica. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing a lovely breakfast and transportation options. On arrival, I received vouchers for discounts at various shops and restaurants, which was a nice touch.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was excellent; it was a short walk away from the sanctuary and surrounded by numerous restaurants and cafes. The staff were friendly and accommodating. In terms of cleanliness, the rooms were well-maintained. the hotel facilities were top-notch.
