I had a fantastic stay at the hotel with excellent staff and a convenient location next to the Austrian parliament building and near the tram line. The breakfast provided a good range of foods, and the hotel facilities, like the charming elevator and breakfast room, added to the authentic feel of the place.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The breakfast selection was excellent, with a variety of options including bread rolls, fruit, yogurt, and cold meats. The location was very convenient, being within a 20-minute walk to City Hall and close to the Christmas market. The staff were incredibly accommodating, allowing us to check-in early and even offering a discounted rate when we had unexpected health issues. We also appreciated the unique and charming lift the hotel had.
