I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially Glenn at the restaurant who kindly got me some pandesal for breakfast. The room was spacious and clean, with complete amenities. The location was convenient, near the places I had activities booked for in Tagaytay and at the 3D art island and dessert museum. The breakfast was great, and the staff were always a call away for any assistance needed.

I enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel. It was very near to go Robinsons Place, a big shopping mall, and various restaurants were easy to access. The staff were helpful, and the cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable. Transportation options to the city center were also excellent.
