The cleanliness was impressive, as our rooms were tidied daily with thoughtful decorations. The facilities were excellent, featuring a beautiful pool area and a lovely beach bar with tasty food options. We also enjoyed the diverse buffet breakfasts, which included freshly made omelettes and a variety of pastries.

Upon arrival, I was delighted to receive a lovely room with a palm tree view, and there were plenty of beds by the pool. The breakfast spread was impressive, and I truly appreciated how helpful Mahmoud, Moez, and Mohamed were, especially when assisting with excursions to Tunis.

Sherrif at the main bar was a standout, managing to serve a queue of ten in just five minutes, and Zizou was always there to brighten our day. The animation team, particularly Gaston, never failed to keep the energy alive with their engaging activities, making it a fantastic experience for everyone, including the kids.
