We were thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel, as every corner sparkled, enhancing our comfort. The staff were incredibly friendly, going above and beyond to assist us, which made our stay feel personalized and welcoming. the location was perfect, allowing us easy access to scenic spots like Gulmarg, Pahalgam, and Sonmarg for day trips while being nestled in a peaceful area.
