Located at a 6 km distance from the enormous water park "Aqualand Maspalomas", the excellent Hotel New Folias San Agustin offers spacious rooms 10 minutes by car from MasPalomas. A lounge bar as well as various recreational opportunities and billiards can be enjoyed at this 3-star family hotel, boasting the setting only minutes from San Agustin Beach.

Rooms

All of the air-conditioned rooms are appointed with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels along with coffee/tea making machines, and some of them comprise a balcony and a dressing room. For more comfort, a hair dryer and complimentary toiletries together with a shower are provided. The units also look over the sea.

Relax

A swimming pool and a sundeck are available at additional cost as well. The New Folias San Agustin boasts an outdoor pool. There is a pool area with a wide range of sports.

Location

The property has a spectacular location within 10 minutes' drive of the energetic Playa del Ingles Beach. Natural attractions in the area include the Wild West–themed Sioux City Amusement Park, within 2.2 km of the comfortable New Folias San Agustin, and a peaceful beach is an 8-minute walk away.

The hotel is in an excellent location, just a short walk from the beautiful beach and a variety of restaurants and a sports bar with karaoke. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities, including the pool area and kitchenette in the room, were well-maintained and convenient. Additionally, the hotel offered free parking and was easily accessible by public transportation, being only a few minutes' walk from the bus stop.

The hotel had very clean and fully equipped rooms, with a modern bathroom and a cozy bed. The balcony provided a great view of the sea, and there was a supermarket and shopping mall nearby. The polite and friendly staff at breakfast made for a pleasant start to the day.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, being so close to the beach and the main bus stop. The view from my room was amazing. The staffs were really friendly and made me feel welcomed. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety. The room itself was very comfortable and clean.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, including Mari Carmen in Reception and Maria Luisa in room service, were incredibly friendly and attentive. The room I stayed in on the 6th floor had a beautiful sea view and was bright and airy. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep every night. I was delighted to find a piano in the hotel lobby, as I am a keen pianist and enjoyed playing it during my stay. One of the highlights of my stay was enjoying a delicious paella by the pool on Saturday lunchtime. The hotel overall was friendly, quiet, clean, and super relaxing. The pool area was well kept, clean, and had plenty of loungers for guests to enjoy.
