I had a wonderful experience at the hotel; the cleanliness was top-notch, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, situated on the main street and conveniently near three lifts, making access to the slopes easy. We loved the hotel’s prime location right in the city center, just a short walk from the gondola and surrounded by delightful shops. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always making us feel welcome. We also enjoyed the cleanliness of our room and the great amenities, including the relaxing heated outdoor pool.
