The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, and the dining options, especially the Italian and Japanese restaurants, were fantastic. My room felt like a spacious suite, complete with a cozy lounge and a large desk area, which was perfect for my needs. The breakfast had decent options, and I loved that I could order a hot meal to start my day.
