I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The cleanliness was top-notch, facilities including the pool and gym were great, and the location, in a lovely quiet spot yet close to the city center, was perfect. The staff, especially Kieran at reception, were incredibly polite, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a wonderful stay.

We enjoyed the spacious suites with excellent amenities like a full-size fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and coffee machine. The hotel's central location was convenient for exploring nearby cafes, attractions in Kingston, Manuka, and the Parliamentary Triangle, including galleries and the lake. The staff were exceptional, helping us with a surprise setup in the room and providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
