We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Puerto Rico. The cleanliness was impeccable, with daily cleaning services provided for the apartment. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with three swimming pools and a VIP area that was definitely worth the extra cost. The location was also ideal, with easy access to the beach and the nearby Europa Centre shopping center. The staff were friendly and helpful, with the reception open round the clock.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was excellent with the rooms spotless and towels and beds changed regularly. The hotel facilities were great, with nice swimming pools and plenty of sunbeds even during half term. The location on top of the hill provided stunning views, and it was convenient to have a mini supermarket on-site. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help us. The hotel was very clean and the balconies were a great size. The beds were comfortable and the pool was amazing, with a deep part that was 2.6 meters. There was even a heated pool for kids. The entertainment for the kids at night was also great. We felt like we were at a 4 or 5-star hotel. We loved the food, which was freshly made and had a great variety. The view from the hotel was amazing, with beautiful scenery of the city, hills, and sea. There were also many facilities and programs available, including a set of pools. The hotel was easily accessible to bars, restaurants, and taxis, with the reception manned 24 hours.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and efficient. They made sure that nothing was a hassle for me during my stay. The location of this hotel was amazing, with stunning views of the beach and marina area. It was only a three-minute walk to the shopping center, where you can find great bars with fantastic music and restaurants. The hotel also had a great pool and lounge area for relaxation. I found the breakfast and dinner options at this hotel to be very good.
