I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, as its location is just a block from the zócalo and two blocks from the cathedral, making it super convenient to explore the city. The staff, especially the front desk worker with glasses, went above and beyond to help us, whether it was ordering a last-minute taxi to the airport or providing local recommendations. The cleanliness of the rooms was also impressive, ensuring a comfortable stay.
