I had an incredible stay at the hotel, largely due to its immaculate cleanliness and prime location, just a short walk from the ski lifts. The morning breakfast offered an impressive variety, catering to both local and American tastes, which set a positive tone for each day. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, creating a warm atmosphere that made me feel like part of the family. Plus, the ski room was well-organized and convenient for accessing the slopes after a long day of skiing.

The half-board package was a delight, with a generous breakfast and exquisite dinner options. Plus, the location was fantastic, just a short stroll to the main lift that takes you straight to the slopes.

We loved the fantastic location of the hotel, just a minute from the Dorftunnel and close to everything. The wellness area was remarkable, featuring two saunas, an infrared cabin, and a heated pool. The staff were exceptional, always friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Cleanliness was top-notch in our room and common areas.
