I had a fantastic experience at the hotel, primarily due to its excellent location, which allowed me to easily walk to iconic sights like the Eiffel Tower. The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel like I was among friends, especially Claudia, who went above and beyond to assist me during a stressful check-in situation. The cleanliness of the rooms also impressed me, contributing to a comfortable stay overall.
