the staff were incredibly polite and attentive, providing me with a pocket WiFi when my room connection faltered. The location was perfect—just a short bike ride to the nearby castle and conveniently accessible by tram from the station.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was ideal, close to the Okaido Shopping Street and near the castle. I appreciated the cleanliness of my room and the convenient bike rentals available. The building, while a bit dated, was comfortable and functional.
