The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location was perfect, as it was right in the center of everything. I could easily walk from my hotel room to all the top attractions in this city. The transportation options were excellent, with trams and buses right beside the hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable.

We loved the hotel's great location near the canal and within walking distance to a good selection of restaurants. The view from our window of the boats cruising past was lovely. The staff were friendly and helpful, answering all our questions and even arranging a last-minute van service to the airport. The free coffee machine in the reception area was a nice touch.

The cleanliness and hotel facilities were top-notch. We were impressed with the daily room cleaning and the split bathroom arrangement in our petite room. The large window overlooking the courtyard was a nice touch. The hotel's excellent location allowed us to walk to many tourist spots, and it was away enough from the sordid red light district, which we wanted to avoid. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with a warm welcome and assisting us with our plans for the day. We also appreciated the complimentary coffee, biscuits, bottled water, and fruits.
