I had a fantastic experience at the hotel, thanks to its prime location near Union Square and diverse dining options. The room was spotless, and I truly appreciated the filtered water on the mezzanine floor. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and I enjoyed the happy hour drinks, which really added to the overall atmosphere.

The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff truly stood out, as they were warm, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. the facilities were great, featuring a cold water refill station and a nice breakfast.
