The staff was exceptional and very welcoming. My room was spacious and spotlessly clean, with a lovely bathroom. The location is great, just a 10-minute walk to the train station, making it easy to explore downtown. I also enjoyed the complimentary snacks and the unique decor throughout the hotel.
