I loved the location with stunning views of the lake. The rooftop pool and lounge provided a perfect space to unwind. The staff was incredible, especially the concierge who made our stay feel special. The gym was impressive and well-equipped, exceeding my expectations.

they were friendly and attentive, with Andray always greeting us with a smile. The location was perfect for us, being close to the Queen Elizabeth Theater, and the view of the lake from our room was breathtaking. We also appreciated the well-equipped room and the outstanding service from the Concierge, who went above and beyond to make our trip enjoyable.
