I loved that the hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly welcoming, always ready to assist with any needs. The location was fantastic, just a short distance from public transport, making it easy to explore the city. I also appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee in the room, as well as the convenient fridge.

I loved the friendly and helpful staff at the hotel. The location was perfect with a bus stop right outside, making it easy to get to Elephant & Castle. My room was clean and had a good shower. The pub downstairs had great atmosphere and affordable drinks.
