We loved the friendly and hospitable staff who made us feel welcome, and the location was very convenient, just a short walk to the city center and the cathedral. The room was clean and well-equipped, with a kettle, sink, and plenty of tea and coffee. We also appreciated the flexible check-in policy, allowing us to settle in early after a long night.
