The hotel's location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the city center and shopping street. It is also conveniently close to the Metro station of Ste Catherine, making it easy to explore the city and visit restaurants, bars, and cafes nearby. Additionally, the hotel is right near the main Christmas market, perfect for immersing in the holiday spirit. The cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities are top-notch, from the comfortable bed to the well-maintained shower and bathroom. The breakfast offered is a great perk, with a wide variety of options available till 11:00 am on Saturdays. The staff, particularly Damien, who was on duty in the morning, provided exceptional service and created a friendly and positive atmosphere.

The hotel facilities were great and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable and the breakfast offered was delicious. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of the city center. Its location was perfect, situated next to the stunning gothic church and within walking distance to all the touristy parts of this amazing city. Despite the public transport strike on the day of my visit, I didn't face any transportation issues as everything I wanted to see was just a stone's throw away. Additionally, the hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, and the facilities provided were excellent, including a great breakfast spread with a variety of options to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff and services were excellent, and they provided us with great assistance throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was very nice, offering a variety of options. We also enjoyed the hotel's convenient location in the city center, near the metro and just a 10-minute walk from the Grand-Place. The Wi-Fi and TV were great, and we had a spectacular view of the cathedral from our room on the 7th floor. the cleanliness was top-notch, and the staff was polite, friendly, and multilingual. We were also pleased with the fast check-in and check-out process. There were plenty of parking options available near the hotel, at fair rates.

The location of the hotel was fantastic. It was just off St Catherine's Square, close to the metro station, and only a 2-minute walk to the Grande Place. This made it incredibly convenient to explore the city and visit the many attractions. Additionally, the hotel was very clean and the facilities were great. The breakfast offered was also excellent, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.
