The location was perfect, being close to the tube station and within walking distance of everything in the town center. It was also conveniently located near Heathrow airport, which made our travel experience hassle-free. The cleanliness of the rooms exceeded our expectations, with fresh and well-maintained facilities. The hotel had great amenities, including a microwave in the communal dining area and a freeview TV in the room. The staff were friendly and efficient, providing excellent service from check-in to check-out.

The staff were friendly and provided great customer service. They even helped us retrieve our son's expensive headphones that he had left behind in the room. The hotel's convenient location near Heathrow and the Underground made it perfect for our budget and our need to meet up with friends in Central London. The bed was comfortable, and the hotel's proximity to Twickenham Stadium was a major plus, as we were in this city to see Eminem perform. We also appreciated the cool touch of being able to control the lights by the bed.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and had a nice decor. The ensuite shower was spacious and had good water temperature and pressure. We liked that the toilet was separate. The room was bright and airy, and the bed was firm and comfortable. Despite the noise from traffic and planes, the room was quiet when the window was closed. The breakfast options were nice, especially for those who prefer healthier choices.

We had a fantastic stay at an affordable hotel near Heathrow airport. The cleanliness of the room was impressive and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, as it was close to both the underground station and the supermarket for convenience. Plus, the hotel had parking facilities available, making it easy for us to explore the city without worrying about our car. The continental breakfast provided was excellent, ensuring we started our day off right.
