I had a fantastic stay, as the room was clean and well-maintained, with great amenities like air conditioning and tea/coffee facilities. The location was ideal for my event, being close to the Excel centre and with easy access to public transport, including the cable car to the O2. The staff was friendly and even allowed me an early check-in, which was a nice surprise.
