The location of the hotel is excellent, being very close to the train station for easy trips to Moscow, as well as being within walking distance to the real city center and a nearby shopping mall. The cleanliness of the rooms was great and the hotel facilities were well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, with a special shout-out to Darya, the concierge, who provided us with valuable local tips and made our day in this city one of the best. The breakfast buffet offered delicious croissants that could compete with our favorite ones from France, and the pricing in the restaurant was reasonable.
