We loved the hotel's exceptional location, which made it incredibly easy to walk to the NEC and Resorts World. The staff truly stood out for their friendliness and willingness to assist with anything we needed. Our room was spotlessly clean, well-stocked with tea and coffee, and had everything for a comfortable stay. The breakfast selection was impressive, featuring made-to-order veggie sausages and poached eggs that added a nice personal touch.

We loved the hotel's proximity to the NEC, as it was just a short walk away, making it perfect for event-goers. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the great breakfast options and had no trouble finding parking, thanks to the overflow lot across the road.
