We had a great experience at the hotel, as the staff were welcoming and helpful, making check-in a breeze. The cleanliness of our room impressed us, even though we noticed some signs of wear on the carpets. The location was perfect, being close to the exhibition centre and easily accessible by public transport. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise, offering a good variety of options that fueled us for the day ahead.

We loved the hotel's cleanliness, and the location was fantastic, being right opposite the ExCel, which made things super convenient for our event. The staff were friendly and helpful, and accessing transportation from the nearby DLR station was a breeze.
