We had a wonderful experience at the hotel, as the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always making us feel welcome. The location was perfect, with walking access to Times Square, fantastic restaurants, and attractions like the High Line Park and MoMA.

I loved the cleanliness of the hotel, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. I also appreciated the convenient location in Hell's Kitchen, which offered plenty of food choices nearby. getting to the hotel from Newark Airport was a breeze, making travel stress-free.

The rooftop bar was a highlight, perfect for enjoying a drink with friends while overlooking the skyline. the food at the on-site restaurant was delicious, especially the medium-rare Wagyu Burger.
