We had a fantastic stay at the hotel, where the cleanliness was impeccable and the accommodations were charming. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. We loved the complimentary breakfast and afternoon tea with sherry, which added to the overall experience. the location was perfect, allowing us to walk everywhere, including the Plaza and various museums.
