The staff was particularly outstanding, always smiling and ready to assist, which made our experience even more pleasant. the lighted swimming pool looked stunning at night and added a magical touch to the ambiance.

The staff were incredibly professional and friendly, particularly Harrish, the night duty manager, who engaged with guests to ensure everything was perfect. We also enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere by the pool at night, as the lighting truly enhanced the experience.
