I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's cleanliness and outstanding staff, especially Medhat and Tarek at the front desk, who consistently went above and beyond to assist me. The hotel facilities, including the pool area and diverse dining options, provided everything I needed for a relaxing getaway.
