We thoroughly enjoyed the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location next to a luxury department store and duty-free, as well as the proximity to the express bus terminal. The breakfast was top-notch, and the staff provided excellent service.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, from the top-notch staff to the fantastic therapy pool and physiotherapist. The concierge and reception staff were always ready to assist us. The location in a mall made it incredibly convenient for us, especially with having to use crutches. The spa, sauna, and steam room were free to use, and we often had them all to ourselves.

As for breakfast, the variety was exceptional with endless choices. The staff, attentive and polite, made my stay even more enjoyable. The spacious bathroom, equipped with both a shower booth and a tub, added luxury to the room. having a capsule coffee machine and kettle in the room was a nice touch.
