The cleanliness was impeccable, and I appreciated the spacious room with comfortable beds. The friendly staff and the delightful morning bar with hot chocolate and cookies added warmth to the experience.

We loved how convenient the location was, situated just off Union Square and close to public transport, making it easy for us to explore the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to accommodate our needs, while the hotel maintained cleanliness throughout our stay, which added to our comfort. Having early check-in arranged after a long flight was a refreshing touch.

The location is unbeatable, right on Union Square, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. The staff provided exceptional service, making us feel welcome with thoughtful gestures like a complimentary bottle of champagne on New Year's Eve. Plus, the afternoon sherry in the lobby was a delightful touch!
