I had a wonderful stay at the hotel; the location was perfect, being just a short stroll from Kew Gardens and local pubs along the river. The apartment was very clean and spacious, filled with natural light, making it a welcoming environment for my family. Transportation options were excellent, with easy access to the overground for getting into central areas. The staff was friendly and responsive, which added to the positive experience.
