I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, as the location was perfect, just a short walk to the harbour and ferry terminal. The room was impressively clean and comfortable, with modern amenities that made my stay enjoyable. Plus, the staff was friendly and quick to assist when I had a hiccup with the check-in code, showcasing their excellent service.
