I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The lobby and bar area were wonderful, and the check-in staff were very friendly. The location was optimal as it was just a short walk from a major train station. The hotel facilities were beautiful and tasteful, and the breakfast they sent to my room was perfect. The staff were always helpful and polite, even going above and beyond to send toothbrushes and toothpaste to our room when we forgot them. The hotel's proximity to the British Museum was also very convenient.

The location was superb, with easy access to major rail stations and right next to the Russell Square tube station. Being able to step out of the hotel and onto the doorsteps of the tube station was incredibly convenient. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the facilities provided, such as the complimentary Nespresso in the room and the daily supply of bottled water, popcorn, and chocolate. The staff were friendly and attentive, especially the person from Turkey who served us breakfast at the Burr Café. The hotel itself had a beautiful architecture and old-world charm.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were superb, very friendly, and made us feel welcome. Our dog was treated like a VIP, with complimentary bed and bowls, and everyone made a fuss over him. The room was lovely, spacious, and clean. The location was perfect, right next to a tube station and close to the US embassy.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We loved the location as it was within walking distance of many attractions and near to green parks. The hotel had a great breakfast, and the staff was kind and helpful throughout our stay. Additionally, there were parking places nearby, and the nearest transportation station was only 50 meters away.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city, next to Russel Square tube stop. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff was extremely helpful and professional.
