I was really impressed with the hotel's cleanliness and the fantastic staff, especially Ms. Yevheniia, Ms. Ceyda, Mr Ulas, and Ms. Melek. The variety of food available was excellent, and I loved the a la carte Italian restaurant experience. The facilities were top-notch, with plenty of activities and entertainment throughout the day and evening.
