I had a wonderful experience at this hotel because the location was perfect; it was within walking distance of many attractions like the Vatican and Trevi Fountain. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, especially Mikaela, who went above and beyond to assist with everything, including our airport transfer. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and I appreciated the quaint yet modern decor.
