We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, as the location right across from the lake was perfect for exploring, and it allowed us to easily access all the attractions in the vibrant Old Quarter. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, offering us refreshing drinks upon arrival and providing us with helpful tips throughout our visit. We also appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of our room, which made our experience even more enjoyable.

We loved the location of the hotel, right next to Hoan Kiem Lake. It was perfect for exploring the best restaurants and bars in the Old Quarter. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel at home. Our room was spotless, and the breakfast spread was delightful, especially the daily specials.

This hotel is fantastic. The location is perfect, right by the lake and the vibrant Old Quarter. My room was spotless and beautifully furnished. The staff were exceptional, always helpful and welcoming. I also loved the breakfast; it was delicious and a great way to start the day.
