The best aspects were the friendly staff, the comfortable bed, the good breakfast selection, and the convenient location close to the motorway. The hotel facilities were also nice, and the parking was ample and close to the hotel. we found the hotel to be reasonably priced and a good choice for a stopover during a long journey.

The staff were great and the gardens were pleasant. The kids enjoyed the pool and our room was comfortable with nice beds. The food was okay in the evening, but the cooked breakfast was nothing special. The chocolate in the rooms and coffee pods were a nice touch. The hotel is conveniently located just a few miles from the M5 and there was no noise from the roundabout.

The best aspects were the high standard of service - staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The room was superb, and the bed was amazing. The bar and restaurant were of a very high standard, and we felt well taken care of. The hotel location was convenient, just a couple of minutes off the motorway, which made it easy for us to get to our meeting. the hotel facilities were great, and the cleanliness was excellent. We also appreciated the fact that there was parking available.

The breakfast was amazing, with a wide range of options for everyone. We never ran out of choices. The room was good, although the quilts were a bit too warm. The staff were absolutely wonderful and provided excellent service. We loved the lovely and warm swimming pool, and it was never crowded. The hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to the bus routes into the city and to Gloucester. The hotel also has ample parking space and has made efforts to reduce its carbon footprint.
