I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Chester. The location was perfect, as it was near to everything in the town. I could easily access the whole city by just a 1-minute walk from the hotel. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. I especially enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which was excellent and had a wide variety of options. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making my stay even more enjoyable.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The receptionist was welcoming and kind, making us feel appreciated after a previous bad experience. The hotel is modern and our room was clean and comfortable. We were impressed with the ability to cast media from our phones to the TV, allowing us to watch Netflix. The staff were professional and extremely helpful throughout our stay, going above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied. The breakfast was delicious and good value, and the staff even made a special effort to celebrate my birthday. this hotel exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was exceptional, with plenty of fluffy towels provided. The hotel facilities were modern and comfortable. The location was excellent, right in the centre of this vibrant city. It was within a 5-minute walk of both the city centre and the beautiful river Dee. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze.
