We loved the hotel's prime location, just a short walk from the opera, making it easy to explore the city's attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and spoke excellent English, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was spacious and spotless, featuring modern amenities, and we appreciated the complimentary coffee and water available in the lobby.

The location was fantastic, right in front of the subway station, making it easy to visit Schönbrunn Palace and the Volksoper. We also enjoyed the charming Naschmarkt, just a short walk away. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the complimentary breakfast had plenty of delicious options to start our day.
