We loved the hotel's location. It was close to restaurants and major transport links, making it easy to explore the area. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The staff were excellent, especially Denise and Kristina, who were always eager to help with any questions. Breakfast was great too, adding to our enjoyable stay.

I loved the excellent location of the hotel, close to Hyde Park and Oxford Street. The staff were amazing, especially Avnie, the night manager, who was very attentive. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety. The bellhop, Richard, made check-in smooth, and Carlos, the concierge. The overall cleanliness was commendable.
