the cleanliness and the huge luxurious rooms with stunning views of Arenal Volcano made our experience exceptional. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, eagerly helping us with every request. Each morning, the breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed the well-maintained hotel facilities, from the inviting pool bar to the lovely walking paths surrounded by lush jungle.

The cleanliness was exceptional, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The facilities, especially the pools and swim-up bar, added to the relaxing atmosphere, making it a perfect retreat.

I loved the breathtaking views and the serene jungle setting. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with lush gardens and hummingbirds everywhere. The heated pool was perfect after a day of hiking, and the outdoor showers in the suite were such a treat.
